Through 1:1 coaching and group initiations, we explore what has been obscuring your connection to your own inner authority — with the intention of clearing what is polluting your prayer, so that your prayer can become a gateway back to yourself.
02 — Shamanic Journeys & Healing
For when something needs to shift now.
Intuitive, one-to-one ceremonial work for moments when you feel called to go deeper, reconnect with yourself, or meet something that is asking to be seen. Shamanic journeying and psychosomatic practices create a space to listen to the body, enter into deeper relationship with yourself, and explore what lies beneath the surface.
03 — Talismanic Art
Give form to what is waiting to emerge.
A collaborative art commission created through symbolism, archetype and personal meaning.
Together we explore an intention, transition or something you are seeking to birth in your life — and translate it into a unique talismanic artwork that becomes a visual embodiment of that journey.

I've been there
I've known what it's like to see a version of myself I knew I wanted to become, yet keep making the same choices, following the same patterns and repeating things I knew, deep down, weren't right for me.
I've had to look at those patterns in myself, find a way through them and learn to make different choices.
I found a way of working that helped me understand what was getting in the way. Now I want to share that space with you.

I believe ceremony, spirituality and religion loose something when they can't be brought into everyday life.
The real measure isn't what happens during a ceremony, a journey or a session.
It's what changes on Monday morning.
The work is about bringing the spiritual into the material — into your relationships, your choices, your work, your body and the way you live.
I'm not here to fix you
I'm not your therapist. I'm your guide.
I don't believe you need someone to tell you who you are, what you should do or what your answers are.
My role is to help you navigate your way back to the inner authority that already lives within you.

Our fears, wounds, conditioning and unconscious patterns can influence what we ask for.
We can mistake fear for intuition.
Protection for truth.
Familiarity for purpose.
The work isn't to give you a new prayer.
It's to clear what has been polluting the one that's already yours.
Because the greatest tool I can give you isn't an answer. It’s to support you to be open enough to hear them.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME..
Life began initiating me early.
I've known what it is to live inside repeating patterns — to recognise the person I wanted to become, yet continue making choices that took me further away from them.
My own journey has been one of uncovering those patterns, breaking cycles and learning to distinguish what is truly mine from what I had inherited, absorbed or learned to survive.
Through years of experience, study and integration, I've found a way of working that brings these teachings into real life.
This is why I became a guide.
I don't have all the answers. What I have is experience of walking this terrain, and a deep belief that there is an inner authority within each of us waiting to be heard.
The work is not about becoming someone else.
It's about uncovering more of who you already are.
